Deed between Daniel Bowerman and Prince G. Bowerman

Know all Men by these Presents, that I

Daniel Bowerman, of Falmouth County of

Barnstable State of Massachusetts yeoman ---

in consideration of twenty five Dollars ---

paid by Prince G. Bowerman of Falmouth yeoman

the reciept whereof I do hereby acknowledge, do hereby give, grant, sell and convey unto the said prince

G. Bowerman his heirs and assigns forever, a sertain
peace of land laying in falmouth between the
great sippeawiset marsh and the bay, it being won
and won forth acre more orles, and is bounded as
followeth. begining at the south east corner [scratched out]

at a stone standing in the bank by the marsh,
runing westerly easterly on a srait line by William Giffords land to
a stone standing by the beach, thence northerly by a rode and
the beach as the rode and beach nowis to a stone, thence easterly
by the land that was formerly Deborah Giffords to a stone by
the edge of the marsh thence southerly by the marsh to the first
mentioned bound ---    ---    ---    --    ---    ---    ---    ---    ---

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the afore-granted Premises to the said  Prince G. Bowerman

his ------------------------------------------------and Assigns, to their use and behoof forever

And I the said Daniel Bowerman do ---------------------------------------------------- for

my self and my Heirs, Executors, and Administrators, do covenant with the said

Prince G. Bowerman his Heirs and Assigns, that I am ------------------

lawfully seized in fee of the afore-granted Premises; that they are free of all incumbrances; except

the usual and well known marsh privaligis ------------------------

 good right to sell and convey the same to the said Prince G. Bowerman his heirs & assigns

And that I will WARRANT AND DEFEND the same premises to the said Prince G. Bowerman

his ------------------Heirs and Assigns forever, against the lawful claims and

demands of all persons except the above named mars privaligis
