Deed between Daniel Bowerman and Prince G. Bowerman

Daniel Bowerman, of Falmouth County of Barnstable State of Massachusetts yeoman --- in consideration of twenty five Dollars --- paid by
Prince G. Bowerman of Falmouth yeoman G. Bowerman his heirs and assigns
forever, a sertain at a stone standing in the bank by
the marsh,
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the afore-granted Premises to the said Prince G. Bowerman his ------------------------------------------------and Assigns, to their use and behoof forever And I the said Daniel Bowerman do ---------------------------------------------------- for my self and my Heirs, Executors, and Administrators, do covenant with the said Prince G. Bowerman his Heirs and Assigns, that I am ------------------ lawfully seized in fee of the afore-granted Premises; that they are free of all incumbrances; except the usual and well known marsh privaligis ------------------------ -------------------------------------------------------------------- - That I have good right to sell and convey the same to the said Prince G. Bowerman his heirs & assigns And that I will WARRANT AND DEFEND the same premises to the said Prince G. Bowerman his ------------------Heirs and Assigns forever, against the lawful claims and demands of all persons except the above named mars privaligis
In Witness Whereof, I the said Daniel Bowerman Have hereunto set my Hand and Seal, this twenty ninth day of March In the year of our Lord, one thousand eight hundred and forty four
