To all people to whom these presents shall Come; Quachattacett and Webacowett Sachems sendeth Greeting; Know yee that wee the said Quachattacett and Webcowett doe acknowlidge that for and in Consideration of forty five pounds to us in hand payed by John Howland of Plymouth Anthony Annible Isacke Robinson Samuell Fuller senior: and Peter Blossome of Barnstable in the behalfe of our selves and the Rest of the partenors in the former purchase of Saconessett lands all of us being Inhabitants in the Jurisdiction of New Plymouth in America; wherwith wee the said Quachattacett and Webacowett doe acknowlidge ourselves satisfyed Contented and fully payed and therof and of every parte and persell therof; doe exownarate acquitt and discharge the aforsaid John Howland Anthony Annible Isacke Robinson Samuell ffuller Peter Blossome and the Rest of the partenors in Saconeesett Lands them and every of them theire and every of theire hiers [sic] and assignes for ever by these presents have ffreely and absolutely bargained allianated and sold enfeofed and Confeirmed, and by these presents doth bargaine sell enfeofe and Confeirme from us the said Quachatacett and Webacowett and our heires, To them the said John Howland Anthonie Annible Isacke Robinson Samuell ffuller Peter Blossome, and the Rest of the partenors of Saconessett lands they and every of theire heires and assignes for ever; all that tract of land bounded from Massapoisett Clift by a great Rocke which is on the eastward syde of Mannomett Bay and from thence upon a line to the head of Wanumatucksett River and soe to teticutt with all the Meddowes belonging to Massapoisett River on that syde west to Saconeesett; with all the uplands and Meddowes from the foremensioned line southwest bounded by the sea on both sydes to Woodses hole (soe Comly [sic, i.e. commonly] Called) except halfe Woods hole necke which is belonging to the said Webacowett To have and to hold the aforsaid Tract of land with all and singular the Meddowes Marches Woods waters Rivers Rivoletts herredittiments profftts privilidges and appurtenances belonging therunto or to any parte or persell therof; And the said John Howland Anthony Annible Isacke Robinson Samuell ffuller Peter Blossome and the Rest of the partenors of Saconeesett lands; To them and every of them thiere and every] of theire heirs and assignes for ever The said premises with all and singular the appurtenances belonging therunto; To be holden of his Ma[jes]ties his Manor of East Greenwich in the Countey of Kent in free and Comon Soccage, and not in Capite nor by knights Knightes services by the Rents and services therof and therby due and of Right accustomed; with warrantice against all people whatsoever that by our Right [ "or" stricken out] and title might Claime any Right title and Interest unto all or any parte of the above mensioned Tract or tracts of land except that which is excepted as abovesaid; Moreover wee the abovesaid Quachattacett and Webacowett; doe heerby Give libertie and Graunt; that it shall and may be lawfull for the said John Howland Anthony Annible Isacke Robinson Samuell ffuller and Peter blossome and the Rest of the partenors in Saconessett lands they or any of them to Record these presents or Cause them to be Recorded or enroled in the Records of Plymouth aforsaid, or in other Courts or places of publick Records according to the usuall manor of Recording and Inroling deeds; in witnes wherof wee the said Quachattacett and Webacowett have heerunto sett our hands and seales this twenty second of August Anno: Dom: one thousand six hundred sixty and two;

The abovemensioned Quachattacet and Webacowett appeered in Court this ninth of July 1674 with Sepitt the son of Quachattacett and acknowlidged these presents according to the abovesaid bounds to be theire acte and deed excepting onely a little Ceder swamp they before had Given to Job: an Indian, lying within the bounds
