Scan of Lease Agreement, dated 1 May 1747, between Henry Beekman and Ichabod4 Boorman, for Lott 16 in the Beekman Patent. This is a scan of a photocopy sent to me by Jeff Staley  in Washington. May 1st       During the lives of him the said Ichabod Boorman, Lydia
                    his Wife and Timothy his son ----------------------------
                    Annual Rent.  13 Bus. Wheat, 2 Fowls & 1 Day Ridg
                    Being in B.P. [Beekman Patent] in Lott No 16.  Beginning by a White Oak
                    Tree markd on the West Side of Isaac Bolls Farm belong[ing]
                    to Henry Swing Esq. & running thence
                               Ch            L
                    S. 20.00 E. 39.00 to Isaac Boll's SW Corner
                    W. 00.00 -- 66.00 to a White Oak Tree markd
                    N. 35.00 & 18.00 to a White Oak Tree markd
                    N. 61.30 & 47.50 to the first Station Containing One
                    Hundred & forty Acres, 10 Acres to be allowed for Road.
