Hannah Bowman was born on 5 September 1808 in Falmouth, Barnstable Co., MA, USA, BFH 57-58 [citing Falmouth VR] records the births of the last two children, Hannah [5 Sep 1808] and Dorothy [11 or 12 Oct 1810], as listed. Conflict arises in the fact that the mother, Hannah (Landers) Bowman, died 26 May 1807, thus showing the children as being born well after the mothers death. Further research is required before accepting these as children of this couple. She was the daughter of Stephen Bowerman and Hannah Landers.

Dorothy was also known as Dority.
Dorothy was also known as Dorathy. She was born circa 11 October 1810 Born 11 or 12 Oct 1810 - BFH 57-58 [citing Falmouth VR] records the births of the last two children, Hannah [5 Sep 1808] and Dorothy [11 or 12 Oct 1810], as listed.
