1.  This Website is the result of dedicated volunteers, such as yourself, who have families and other obligations.  Please be patient if things don't move as fast as you want!

2.  Content corrections, modifications, suggestions, etc. are ENCOURAGED and ALWAYS welcome.  Please let us know if things aren’t right.

3.  Although we try to do our best, , the majority of items found on this site have been transcribed (with the exception of scanned images and photographs), and are thus subject to error. All records should be verified against the original source before you use them.

4.  PLEASE USE RESTRAINT when downloading file images.  Only take those that you absolutely need.  This Website is being hosted by a service that allows only 5 Gb of bandwidth transfer per month.  While that is a large amount, huge file transfers can get costly.   Remember, most images on this Website are NOT high resolution images.

5.  Photocopies, high resolution images and scans of original source material found on this Website are available upon request. If you desire high resolution scans or files, you MUST have a mailbox supporting large file transfers.  If you are using mailboxes like Hotmail, large file transfers WILL NOT WORK.  If the file is “bounced” back, a second attempt will not be made.  Other arrangements will have to be made.
