Description of Records Available

TRANSCRIPTIONS - These are "Transcriptions" of records not available as a "digital" image.  This area may also contain transcriptions of articles, newspaper accounts, etc., that are pertinent to Bowerman Research.

LETTERS - These are images or transcriptions of letters relating to Bowerman Family members. 

DIGITAL RECORDS - This area will contain digital images of ORIGINAL or CERTIFIED records only.  Any records you might be willing to share for this area would be greatly appreciated!  NO records later than 1890 will be published on the website, although a listing of the names and date ranges will be made, with a reference to the original submitter.  Permission to release these "later" documents will be required from the original submitter.

RECORD DATABASES - These databases are currently under construction, but data is being added daily. They allow full search capability, with Soundex!

RECORD EXTRACTS - This area contains extracts of records that come from published sources, such as Vital Records, Census Data, Court Records, etc.

PHOTO ARCHIVE - This area contains photographs of people, cemeteries, etc/ that relate to the Bowerman Family.

MANUSCRIPTS - Unpublished manuscripts written by various authors, as relate to the Bowerman Family.  These are variously collected from Archives, libraries, and private submissions.
